We operate entirely on our own infrastructure. All the equipment is hosted in our own datacenter. We buy all the servers, network and power distribution equipment. On top of the physical infrastructure we run virtualization (Microsoft Hyper-V). In the virtualized infrastructure we run virtual servers for the various services delivered. The virtualized infrastructure is controlled and managed using our own proprietary cloud orchestrator (originally 7sky project).

Standard Operations[edit]

Physical Networking - The physical networking is built on top of Mikrotik Cloud Router Switches. These deliver the physical interconnection between the physical servers as well as the connection to our upstream provider.

Physical Servers - All physical servers are considered to by hyper converged infrastructure, meaning the host has local storage and the resources to deliver the services.

Hypervisor plane - We use Microsoft Hyper-V Server. This is a free version of Microsoft Windows Server, stripped down to only the Hyper-V role. We don't use clustering.

Cloud control plane - The cloud is orchestrated using our proprietary cloud management platform. It consists of three layers: the core, the middleware and the GUI.

Cloud infrastructure - All cloud servers are ran on top of the virtual infrastructure and are managed by the cloud control plane.
