With a Master of Occupational Therapy (MOT) masters degree in occupational therapy from Nebraska Methodist College, you're empowered to equip people with necessary devices that improve their quality of life, even despite challenges. This 2.5 year program focuses on the technique of occupational treatment, emphasising the use of previous skills and understanding to improve the effectiveness of OT technique and the growth of innovative adult knowing abilities for continuous specialist growth.

The program is designed to build on your previous researches with the concepts of work-related treatment technique and see you create the interdisciplinary knowledge and professional skills required to practice as an OT. You'll carry out a variety of research-focused courses and complete sophisticated training in professional thinking and health and wellness research study, advancing your understanding of the function of proof in occupational therapy practice.

The program code for the Master of Occupational Treatment Researches is 5147. Graduates of the program will be eligible to sit for the nationwide accreditation assessment for the occupational therapist administered by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).

The Australian Federal government has approved this master's program for income support settlements to be made to eligible pupils. Throughout the program, you'll embark on greater than 1000 hours of supervised professional positionings in UQ's Occupational Therapy Centers situated at the St Lucia campus and in medical facilities, colleges and various other health care organisations.
